In this segment of Planet Love Match Radio, Jennifer Tapiero and Josh Nasar welcomed model and author Donna Spangler and life coach and author Steve Truitt to the studio. The two of them discussed why women seem to have problems valuing themselves, something that is much rarer in men.
There isn’t very much attractive about a person who doesn’t feel like they have any value or worth. These individuals tend to be more pessimistic and have a hard time developing healthy relationships because they sell themselves short. They tolerate being treated poorly because they don’t think they deserve better. This happens with men and women, but for some reason it’s a bit more common with females.
Steve and Donna agree that this much is true and that a lot of it has to do with the way men are programmed. Men who succeed and see themselves as valuable assets in their job, family or life in general are the better-off ones. Steve points out that the confident and strong men in the time of cave men were the ones who had the ladies. This theory has the proof of history on its side. If only women could only step it up just a bit and see themselves in a similar scope!
